Norwich's Olympic medalling cyclist Emma Pooley has added a yellow jersey to her collection, after winning an event dubbed 'the women's Tour de France'.
All set for Girls' Football Week

A host of events are happening in Norfolk as National Girls' Football Week gets kick-started on Monday.
The national scheme is being run by the Football Association and Tesco, the official women's and girls' football partner, to try and get girls under 16 to take up football.

A ladies' open evening for those wishing to try out football is being held on Wednesday June 24.
Run by Norwich City Ladies, it will be at the Carrow Park complex at the back of the Carrow Road stadium from 7-9pm.

Norwich City Ladies finished their first season back in the South East Combination League with a home win.
They beat Wellingborough Diamonds 1-0 to finish sixth in the table, one place behind Sunday's visitors.
Free football session for girls

A free girls-only football taster session is being run by Norwich City Football In the Community later this month.
Aimed for four to eight-year-olds, it is being held at Carrow Park (next to the City ground) on Thursday May 28.

Norwich City Ladies lifted the Norfolk & Suffolk County Cup after beating West Lynn Ladies 5-0 this afternoon.
Paige Shorten netted a brace for City, and other goals were scored by Sophie Fuller, Nicola Bray and Jodie Drake, with player of the match named as Beth Bygrave.
