A UEA student has organised a charity bike ride to raise cash after his grandmother was diagnosed with dementia.
Luis Forte's grandmother was diagnosed now Alzheimer's around three years ago.

A father-of-two has relived the moment he pulled a distressed young man from the River Wensum after an apparent suicide attempt.
Matt Crowhurst and two other people took part in the rescue after spotting the man in the water close to the Halfords store, near the roundabout at the junction of Barn Road and St Crispins Road.

New plan for future of Lowestoft station
NEW retail, leisure, hotel and tourism developments are at the heart of plans to transform the area around Lowestoft town centre.
An updated Area Action Plan for the town proposes that Peto Square will become a “central focus for retail, leisure and commercial activity at the heart of Lowestoft,” and that regenerating rundown areas should see Lowestoft railway station relocated.
