WITH a top choice of traditional home cooked honest food, Grumpy's Cottage Restaurant has much to delight the diner.
New owner Kim Howard is providing a scrumptious selection of classic English dishes at the restaurant in Old Road, Acle.
As much as possible is made on the premises, including beef puddings renowned for their size and taste and a delicious selection of home made deserts.
Chef Neil has been at Grumpy's for many years and is a familiar and friendly face regularly coming front of house to chat with customers. All the hard working team at Grumpy's are dedicated to offering the best quality service.
Since taking over at Grumpy's Kim is planning to add a range of burgers, a small children's menu and English take away.
Grumpys Cottage Restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, but it is planned to extend the opening hours from 9am to noon for breakfast, noon to 2pm for lunch and 6 to 9.30pm for dinner.
After marrying a Chinese girl, Kim opened the first of five Chinese restaurants in Norfolk eight years ago before deciding to have a crack at running his first English eatery in Acle.
